Job Description
At Tittle & Perlmuter, a Cleveland-based law firm, the Marketing Powerhouse will steer strategy, budgeting, and channel decisions to drive revenue through signed cases and referrals. This role owns the narrative, the pipeline, and cross-channel results, with a focus on measurable outcomes over mere visibility.
Compensation and location
Location: Cleveland, OH (onsite)
Salary: USD 60,000 - 90,000 per yearly
Responsibilities
- Revenue-driven content: generating leads across social, blog, newsletters, paid media, case studies, and events with success measured by signed cases and referral partners, not impressions.
- The numbers game: you own a pipeline target. Marketing exists to produce results, and the scoreboard is public.
- Brand voice across the portfolio: one cohesive voice per brand, aligned to mission and values, consistent from direct mail to a 30-second reel.
- Calendar and campaigns: a centralized content calendar across brands and channels, plus strategic campaigns—social, community, direct mail—that drive awareness and conversion.
- SEO and outside vendors: sufficient knowledge to brief, evaluate, and hold agency partners accountable to measurable outcomes.
- Community presence: strategic relationships in the markets we serve, with offline, in-person work that compounds over years.
- Execution: projects ship on time, milestones are hit, and nothing lingers in a draft for months.
Requirements
- A marketer with a proven track record: campaigns that moved leads, signed cases, and revenue, with tangible results to point to.
- Strong writing and strategic judgment to be the lead voice across channels and to decide where to invest first.
- Storyteller and operator: you craft a narrative that lands and read the dashboard to validate outcomes, updating instincts when data disagrees.
- SEO proficiency to guide optimization efforts.
- Experience running a content calendar across brands and platforms without losing the thread.
- When challenges arise, your instinct is to act fast and decisively.
