Job Description
Join Bulgari, a luxury fragrance house, as Marketing Manager for Bulgari Perfumes across Latin America. This hybrid role based in Miami, FL partners with distributor markets to drive marketing initiatives, product launches, and communications programs that grow the fragrance business. You will report to the Marketing Director, Americas and serve as the primary marketing partner for distributor markets, ensuring global priorities translate into locally effective execution. The position offers the chance to influence luxury storytelling across the region, collaborates with Global, Commercial Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Retail Excellence & Training, E-Commerce, PR & Communications, and distributor teams, and shapes market-specific strategies that reinforce Bulgari’s luxury positioning.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for distributor partners across Latin America.
- Assist in developing and executing annual marketing plans, launch strategies, and seasonal initiatives aligned with brand priorities.
- Create and participate in distributor business reviews, market presentations, and project briefs.
- Foster strong distributor partnerships through ongoing engagement to identify opportunities, align on priorities, and support shared business objectives.
- Ensure alignment between global priorities, regional objectives, and local market execution across all distributor markets.
- Support the integration of brick-and-mortar and .com initiatives across distributor markets to strengthen visibility, consistency, and conversion across channels.
- Manage co-op marketing budgets, calendars, project timelines, and program recaps for distributor partners across Latin America.
- Collaborate with distributor teams to develop and execute in-store events, client experiences, retailer activations, and launch support programs aligned with business priorities and promotional periods.
- Share key business updates, launch information, marketing priorities, and best practices across distributor markets.
- With the Marketing Director, develop PR, influencer, and communications strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across Latin America.
- Partner with distributor teams to develop and execute local communications plans aligned with brand priorities and business objectives.
- Identify potential brand partners and product seeding opportunities and track performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, collaborators, and key industry contacts to amplify brand opportunities regionally.
- Support press events, influencer initiatives, brand experiences, launch activations, and ad hoc PR projects as needed.
- Monitor media, influencer, and competitive activity to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices across markets.
- Support launch execution and core business priorities across the fragrance portfolio.
- Translate global product storytelling into locally relevant marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
- Conduct competitive analysis, launch recaps, and business reviews to inform future recommendations.
- Analyze distributor sales performance, market trends, business KPIs, and market data to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities.
- Lead collateral forecasting and allocation planning for launches, sampling programs, gift-with-purchase initiatives, and key marketing programs regionally.
- Collaborate across Global, Commercial Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Retail Excellence & Training, E-Commerce, PR & Communications, and distributor teams to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives.
- Support the successful execution of regional launches, events, and marketing initiatives that reinforce Bulgari’s luxury positioning.
- Ensure consistency of brand storytelling, visual execution, and consumer experience across distributor markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or product management
- Experience within beauty, fragrance, luxury, fashion, or related industries strongly preferred
- Experience working with distributor partners across Latin America or within regional marketing organizations strongly preferred
- Experience managing marketing budgets required
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business performance into actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong knowledge of PR, social media, influencer marketing, and communications programs
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Fluent in Spanish and English required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
