Job Description

The Marketing Manager will lead Pride Enterprises, Inc.'s marketing operations, overseeing proposals, branding, digital presence, and certification management to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

Overview

The role supervises marketing initiatives and operations, including proposal development, brand collateral, digital marketing activities, and certification programs, to support the organization’s objectives and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full proposal lifecycle: review incoming RFPs, identify required deliverables, coordinate content across departments and joint venture partners, and drive submissions from receipt to award.
  • Maintain and produce brand and marketing collateral, including brochures, project profiles, staff resumes, capability statements, presentations, and tradeshow materials.
  • Design and implement graphical content for proposals and client facing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the company’s digital presence: website management, search engine optimization, Google Business profile, social media support, email campaigns, and performance reporting.
  • Own the certification and recertification process for designations such as NMSDC, Philadelphia OEO, NJ MBE, Philadelphia LBE, and others; monitor deadlines and coordinate documentation.
  • Support the safety department with branded materials and copy for the corporate safety manual.
  • Manage the marketing and business development technology stack, including Salesforce, JotForm, and the Dodge Construction Network.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing strategy aligned with company goals, track performance metrics, and report results to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services.
  • Strong proposal writing and RFP management experience across public and private sector work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and digital marketing analytics.
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MBE/DBE certification processes and construction procurement is a strong plus.

Compensation and Location

Salary: $55,745.28 - $67,134.10 per year

Location: Norristown, PA (onsite)
