You will receive paid training with no prior experience required, and you can join one of three open teams — Neighborhood Marketing Team, Call Center Marketing Team, or Events & Promotions Team — with opportunities to earn as you learn.

What you'll be doing
- Discuss home improvement options with homeowners
- Schedule appointments using trained scripts and guidance
- Participate in local events, engage with neighborhoods, and handle inbound calls
- Represent the Top Home Improvements brand in a professional, upbeat manner
- Build confidence, communication skills, and practical experience
Requirements
- No prior experience is required
- Age 16 and older
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Available Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
- Comfortable speaking with people
- Integrity and a strong work ethic
