Entry Level Marketing & Sales Associate

Intrepid Consulting Group is seeking an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Associate in Philadelphia, PA for an onsite full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing marketing strategies and sales techniques
• Engage with customers to deliver excellent service and accurate product knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to reach assigned sales targets
• Participate in training sessions to build professional skills
• Support the sales team with execution of marketing campaigns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies
• Skills and focus areas: Communication, Teamwork, Sales Techniques, Customer Service, Problem Solving
• College degree or coursework preferred, but not required
• Recent graduates and career changers encouraged to apply
• No prior sales or marketing experience required

Compensation

• $800-$1,200 per week
