Apex Leaders, LLC is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to drive day-to-day marketing execution across campaigns, content, social, and light design, while coordinating external vendors. This hybrid role in Boise, ID offers a competitive hourly rate and roughly 15-20 hours per week to make a measurable impact across multi-channel initiatives.
Overview
Core Collaboration Window: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Central Time. During this block, you are online, responsive, and available for team syncs, client projects, and collaborative research. Outside of these core hours, you have flexibility to structure any remaining weekly project work to fit your personal schedule.
Responsibilities

- Draft and refine light copy with AI assistance, in Apex Leaders' brand voice, for social, email, ads, and campaign assets.
- Produce light design assets in Canva for social, email, and campaigns.
- Coordinate design, web, and SEO vendors, managing timelines and deliverables.
- Keep projects, campaign boards, and assets organized in Asana.
- Support events and webinars with logistics, promotion, and coordination.
- Track and report campaign performance.
- Deliver MQLs to the sales team for follow-up.
- Work with the website vendor to keep the site updated.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on marketing execution in a coordinator, campaign, or marketing operations role. This is not an entry-level position.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution or relevant equivalent experience required.
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through across multiple projects.
- Clean, on-brand writing, with confident use of AI writing tools.
- A self-starter who works well with minimal oversight, while maintaining collaboration with the team and open communication. You know when to run with a project independently and when to pull in teammates for brainstorming and feedback.
