Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
On-site Marketing Coordinator role based in Coshocton, OH, supporting marketing communications, print collateral, and trade show operations under the supervision of the Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and coordinate copy for website updates, press releases, product literature, and email campaigns.
- Review and update content on the external website to keep information accurate and current; add new pages as needed.
- Build and manage the company’s social media presence across platforms including Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, design, and execute regular email communications such as newsletters, flyers, and holiday greetings.
- Generate management reports evaluating the effectiveness of web and social media communications.
- Maintain a consistent company image across logos, letterhead, business cards, templates, signage, labels, and related documents.
- Collaborate with the sales team to produce and maintain printed marketing collateral such as ads, data sheets, white papers, and brochures.
- Identify new documentation needs, draft copy, create layouts, and deliver finished documents with a cohesive brand look.
- Oversee print mail marketing efforts, including trade show flyers and promotional notices.
- Coordinate, plan, and support 5 to 10 trade shows annually, ensuring strong company representation.
- Reserve booth locations, arrange setup, and manage on-site representation at events.
- Coordinate travel and logistics for booth setup, meetings, dinners, and customer events related to shows.
- Manage trade show services such as catering, electrical, A/V, and booth assembly; supervise inventory of giveaways.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to produce content under tight deadlines.
- Ability to translate technical product information into accessible language for a non-technical audience.
- Experience with layout tools is a plus, e.g., Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and how graphics and social media enhance marketing communications.
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
- Articulate and professional in both verbal and written communication.

Travel Requirements
- Intermittent travel to visit customers, suppliers, vendors, industry trade shows, training events, and conferences.
- Attendance at all industry trade shows where Wiley Companies is an exhibitor is expected.
- Regular travel generally not exceeding 20 business days per year.
- International travel to G20 countries to support trade shows and customer events may be required periodically.
Shift and Hours
- Standard salaried position with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, about 2,080 hours per year.
- Occasional after-hours and weekend work as needed for travel, trade show support, or to prepare materials for sales meetings.
