Marketing Content Creator & AI Marketing Coordinator

Legacy Roofing LLC is seeking a Marketing Content Creator & AI Marketing Coordinator to strengthen its local-brand presence through video, social media, and AI-driven campaigns. This on-site role blends field-based shooting with office collaboration in Prescott and Anthem, AZ, with a salary range of USD 65,000 - 80,000 per year. The position focuses on producing, managing, and refining visual content and digital campaigns that connect with local customers while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Capture video and photos at jobsites, company events, customer locations, and in-office settings
• Create short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, or similar platforms
• Help create social media content calendars and post consistently
• Turn roofing topics into simple, engaging, educational content
• Use AI tools to help create scripts, captions, ads, video concepts, blog ideas, graphics, and campaign content
• Assist with Google Business Profile posts, community posts, reels, short videos, and local marketing campaigns
• Be willing to appear on camera when needed
• Interview team members, customers, salespeople, project managers, and ownership when appropriate
• Help organize before-and-after project content
• Work with the owner to turn marketing ideas into finished content
• Track content performance and help improve what we are doing over time
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style for Legacy Roofing

Requirements

• Experience creating social media content for a business, brand, or personal platform
• Experience shooting and editing short-form video
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar tools
• Strong writing ability for captions, hooks, scripts, and short-form content
• Ability to work full-time in-office and travel locally to capture content
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable filming on jobsites and around active construction environments
• High school or equivalent (Required)
