Marketing Assistant

Entry-level role supporting the Marketing team with product data, campaign content, and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the product database with new details including specifications, product descriptions, and pricing information
• Use spreadsheets to compile product data, plan product line changes, and audit results
• Support promotional campaign development, including mass email, social media, and online advertising
• Assist with photoshoots and video production
• Coordinate with Engineering and Sales teams to help projects move forward
• Provide regular updates on project status to team members and management
• Research and verify product information using technical drawings, product manuals, bills of material, and related documentation

Requirements

• Preferred: 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Comfort working with large spreadsheets and manipulating text-based data
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Plus: data entry experience or experience working in database/CRM applications
• Plus: experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
• Plus: experience with Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere)
• Plus: experience writing technical documentation and/or web content
• Plus: experience with HTML and eCommerce websites
• Plus: experience with photography or video production

Compensation & Location

• Location: Fullerton, CA (onsite)
• Pay: USD 22 - 25 per hour
