$22 - $25/hr Full time Marketing Campaign Management Communications

Entry-level role supporting the Marketing team with product data, campaign content, and coordination across departments.

Maintain and update the product database with new details including specifications, product descriptions, and pricing information
Use spreadsheets to compile product data, plan product line changes, and audit results
Support promotional campaign development, including mass email, social media, and online advertising
Assist with photoshoots and video production
Coordinate with Engineering and Sales teams to help projects move forward
Provide regular updates on project status to team members and management
Research and verify product information using technical drawings, product manuals, bills of material, and related documentation

Preferred: 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines
Comfort working with large spreadsheets and manipulating text-based data
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Plus: data entry experience or experience working in database/CRM applications
Plus: experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
Plus: experience with Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere)
Plus: experience writing technical documentation and/or web content
Plus: experience with HTML and eCommerce websites
Plus: experience with photography or video production
