Job Description

Data-driven Marketing and Brand Coordinator accountable for executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and producing content to drive leads and grow the Morenos Roofing brand. Partners with external agencies and oversees website performance and ROI tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels to ensure cohesive campaigns
  • Collaborate with external marketing vendors to align activities with Morenos Roofing goals
  • Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and customer experience across touchpoints
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and lead flow to optimize conversions
  • Ensure website content reflects services, target audience, and conversion objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and deepen customer engagement
  • Analyze data from tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems
  • Track key metrics including website traffic, lead sources, conversion rates, and campaign results
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Hold marketing partners accountable by asking informed, strategic questions
  • Report performance and insights to leadership in a clear, concise format
  • Assist with content planning for social channels, promotions, and campaigns
  • Ensure all marketing reflects company values and speaks effectively to homeowners

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and evaluating digital ad performance
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
  • Basic website editing experience (WordPress or similar preferred)
  • Ability to analyze data and make actionable recommendations
  • Organized, self-driven, and consistent in execution
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of initiative; does not wait for direction to act
  • Outgoing personality with readiness to engage with team members and customers for content creation
  • Willingness to learn the roofing industry to create relevant marketing content
  • 3 years experience in social media, web development, Google Analytics (Required)
