Job Description
Marketing Administrator at IntelliHire in Lafayette, IN onsite role responsible for organizing, implementing and reporting on marketing campaigns and systems, maintaining the database and CRM, and producing marketing collateral, with an annual salary range of USD 45,000 - 50,000.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning, execution and reporting of the company’s marketing campaigns and systems to achieve expected outcomes.
- Maintain and enhance the company database and CRM with precise, error-free data.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve each activity and investment.
- Oversee list building and list cleaning within the CRM.
- Oversee creation and production of printed collateral, including shock-and-awe materials, books, brochures, and business cards.
- Deliver weekly marketing reports to the CEO tracking leads generated, lead sources, cost per lead, closed deals, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Assist in creating and managing campaigns within the CRM.
- Assist in creating, updating and managing the company’s social media accounts.
- Assist in producing and distributing prospecting campaigns in both online and offline channels.
- Oversee inbound lead cleaning and follow-up to ensure leads are qualified, tracked, and followed up per the defined process; assist the CEO in reviewing inbound leads for proper follow-up, without managing the sales team.
- Maintain the company website to ensure links and forms function and accuracy.
- Oversee the production and mailing of the company newsletter and drip campaigns.
- Assist in planning and supporting seminars, trade shows and other marketing events.
Requirements
- Experience creating marketing content.
- Proven track record implementing and managing marketing campaigns.
- Graphic design skills with the ability to perform minor edits in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.

- Previous marketing experience.
