Job Description

The Marketing Activation Specialist executes daily marketing activities across digital and channel touchpoints to support product priorities and sales efforts, ensuring campaigns and communications are delivered promptly and accurately. This onsite role with Shur-Co LLC is based in Yankton, SD.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily marketing activities across digital channels and partner touchpoints in line with defined priorities and strategic direction.
  • Coordinate schedules, assets, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables in line with Shurco brand guidelines.
  • Publish and refresh website content to support campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Implement email campaigns and publish social content using approved messaging and templates.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery across all digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain audience lists to enable targeted communications.
  • Assemble and upkeep sales tools and materials (sell sheets, presentations, product information) using existing content.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure materials are accurate, current, and user friendly.
  • Support the creation and execution of the promotions calendar in collaboration with Sales.
  • Deliver marketing communications and collateral for channel partners.
  • Support partner promotions and maintain consistency across partner-facing materials.
  • Deliver marketing outputs for product launches using supplied messaging and materials.
  • Coordinate with Product and Marketing Communications to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Support the rollout of materials across sales and channel touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or sales support roles.
  • Experience delivering email campaigns and supporting digital marketing initiatives.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns and scheduling content.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with reliable follow-through.
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on environment with manual processes and evolving systems.
  • Demonstrates accuracy, follows through, and completes tasks using available tools.
  • Experience in B2B, industrial, or channel-driven environments is a plus.
