Job Description

Marketing Account Manager at LeadPoint Digital in downtown Roanoke, VA, focusing on account management and digital marketing strategy and production for client programs; this is an in-person position.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with your client list and the digital marketing team to review program performance and ongoing activity
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to manage schedules and production for campaigns and initiatives
  • Oversee production scope including social media calendars and content creation, content writing and publishing, SEO, and keyword research and selection
  • Review Google Ads performance and continuously optimize to meet client goals
  • Develop project definitions and marketing programs aimed at achieving client objectives
  • Compile reports from platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and others

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field
  • Outgoing, positive people-person with high social confidence and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to commute to the Roanoke office; this is an in-person position
