Job Description
The Marketing Account Manager role in Albany, GA is an onsite position at Phoebe Health, focused on shaping and implementing marketing strategies for designated service lines across multiple media channels. The role prioritizes storytelling and cross functional collaboration, and requires the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic marketing and communication plans to support specific service lines
- Execute tactical programs across multiple media channels to raise service line awareness and prompt patient actions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including service line leaders and physicians to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Plan, develop, and oversee the creation and delivery of marketing and PR campaigns from concept to completion, managing relationships with clients and internal agency teams such as writers, graphic designers, PR, training, and internal communications
- Establish campaign metrics and analyze performance to guide optimizations
- Contribute to budget development, allocate resources, and assign metrics to ensure campaigns run on time and within budget
- Utilize research tools to assess current markets and future marketing trends
- Monitor and evaluate competitive messaging and offerings to identify threats and opportunities
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to expand knowledge, identify resource needs, and support team success
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a closely related field
- 3 or more years of progressive experience in marketing and public relations, preferably within a healthcare system, physician marketing, or closely related field
