Job Description

Generational Group is seeking a Manager, M&A Marketing to lead email operations, marketing automation, and lead engagement in a fast-moving M&A environment. This onsite role in Richardson, TX sits at the intersection of CRM, Marketing Cloud initiatives, and administrative coordination, requiring clear communication and a keen eye for detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms.
  • Create, test, proofread, and deploy email templates and campaigns.
  • Build and manage automated customer journeys and email workflows.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Follow up with interested leads and contribute to lead engagement activities.
  • Oversee high-volume bulk email accounts and maintain accurate lead records.
  • Assist with CRM data organization, data integrity, and contact management.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, shipments, and internal communications.
  • Support project coordination and additional marketing activities as assigned.
  • Maintain professional written and verbal communication in all interactions.
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM administration and configuration strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder preferred.
  • Strong written communication, proofreading, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to support team initiatives and collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
