Local Marketing Liaison

The Local Marketing Liaison role at Smile Doctors in Yorktown, VA focuses on raising brand awareness, driving patient referrals, and supporting clinic marketing and community initiatives within a defined area.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new patient inquiries
• Manage referring physician relationships and monthly gifting
• Collaborate on digital content for social media platforms
• Plan and execute community events to attract new patients
• Support in-office marketing efforts by maintaining inventory of marketing materials
• Assist with digital advertising, including paid social campaigns and other opportunities

Requirements

• Service-oriented self-starter
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Strong ability to build rapport with team members and external contacts at all levels
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in outside B2B sales/marketing, operations, or marketing with a proven track record
• Two years of experience preferred
