Job Description

Window Nation seeks an integrated marketing leader to drive lead generation performance across TV, radio and digital channels for a portfolio of markets, operating onsite in Fulton, MD. The position offers an annual salary of USD 100,000 to 125,000 and prioritizes ROI and lead quality. This is not a digital-only or brand marketing role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee integrated campaigns spanning television, radio, digital media, events, direct mail, and third-party lead vendors
  • Direct marketing performance across multiple markets
  • Improve ROI and lead quality by optimizing lead generation programs
  • Track channel performance and reallocate spend as needed
  • Identify and remediate underperforming campaigns, vendors, and markets
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Sales, Creative, Digital, Events, and Public Relations teams
  • Manage budgets and ensure spend aligns with performance goals
  • Support marketing strategy for new market launches

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA a plus
  • Minimum five years of marketing experience
  • At least two years in a managerial or leadership role

About the Role

Window Nation is seeking an experienced marketing leader to optimize lead generation performance across a portfolio of markets. The role is B2C and direct-response oriented, with a focus on generating leads, improving conversion rates, and maximizing return on marketing investment. It is not a digital-only or brand marketing position. The ideal candidate has recent, substantive experience managing TV and or radio advertising in conjunction with digital marketing, and can optimize performance across multiple channels and markets simultaneously. Responsibilities include analyzing market performance, reallocating budgets, managing vendors, and identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.

Youre Likely A Great Fit If You

  • Have managed TV or radio as part of an integrated media strategy
  • Have owned direct-response lead generation programs
  • Can diagnose and fix issues such as low lead quality, low close rates, and underperforming channels
  • Have managed marketing budgets and allocated spend effectively
  • Are comfortable overseeing multiple markets simultaneously
  • Are data-driven and use insights to improve results
  • Experience in: home improvement, home services, HVAC, roofing, solar, remodeling, windows & doors, local media (TV/radio groups), and/or multi-location consumer businesses

This Role Is Probably Not A Fit If You

  • Have primarily B2B marketing experience
  • Come from a digital-only background with little TV/radio experience
  • Focus mainly on brand awareness rather than lead generation results
  • Have not owned budget allocation or performance outcomes
  • Have not managed marketing across multiple markets or locations
