The Hagabon Website Marketing Specialist role at Lotus International Inc., within the Hagabon division, centers on developing and executing marketing initiatives to promote bonsai products, raise brand awareness, and foster customer engagement across the United States. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to boost brand visibility across multiple channels.
• Oversee social media profiles and craft engaging content to attract and retain customers.
• Plan and implement email marketing campaigns to showcase new products and special offers.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine tactics and messaging.
• Collaborate with graphic design teams to produce visually compelling promotional materials.
• Monitor advertising performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved results.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management and email campaigns.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with HTML and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
