  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in a global or matrixed organisation.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex market, financial, and operational information into clear recommendations.
  • Experience coaching or leading product or portfolio management professionals, with emphasis on performance, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Benefits

  • A senior, high-impact role contributing to strategic portfolio decisions across a global Food Safety business.
  • Collaboration with international teams across commercial, technical, and operational functions.
  • A professional environment focused on disciplined execution, market insight, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • A standard benefits package in line with company policy and local employment arrangements.
  • An inclusive recruitment process welcoming applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
