Event Marketing Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage attendees in a friendly, natural manner to start conversations.
• Learn and share product knowledge by asking thoughtful questions about homeowners' window and door needs.
• Invite interested homeowners to participate in giveaways and learn more about offerings.
• Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with confidence at events.
• Schedule free in-home consultations with the Sales team.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays, including lifting up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; comfort talking with people is essential.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing, reliable mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.
