Responsibilities

Engage attendees in a friendly, natural manner to start conversations.
Learn and share product knowledge by asking thoughtful questions about homeowners' window and door needs.
Invite interested homeowners to participate in giveaways and learn more about offerings.
Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with confidence at events.
Schedule free in-home consultations with the Sales team.
Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays, including lifting up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

No prior experience required; comfort talking with people is essential.
Weekend availability is required.
Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing, reliable mindset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.
