Event Marketing Representative

Hydra Group LLC is hiring a full-time Event Marketing Representative in Charleston, SC to represent AT&T at in-store and pop-up events. The onsite role emphasizes genuine conversations with shoppers, hands-on event setup and teardown, and accurate data collection to help meet fundraising targets, all backed by paid training and weekly pay.

What you'll be doing

• Represent AT&T at assigned in-store and pop-up event locations across Charleston
• Start genuine, meaningful conversations with members of the public about the services and programs
• Set up, manage, and break down event displays and materials professionally
• Accurately tracking donor sign-ups, participation data, and event feedback
• Collaborate with your team to hit daily and weekly fundraising targets
• Show up with energy, professionalism, and a mission-first attitude every shift

What we're looking for

• No prior experience required — we train you from day one, on the clock
• A natural conversationalist who's genuinely comfortable talking with strangers
• Positive, coachable, and open to feedback and growth
• Reliable and available for a consistent full-time schedule, including some weekends
• Comfortable working in public-facing, in-person environments — indoors and outdoors
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and schedule

• Pay range: $800–$1,200 per week, paid weekly
• W-2 full-time employment — you're an employee, not a contractor

Work location

• This is a fully in-person role. You’ll be assigned to in-store retail locations and pop-up community events across the Charleston, SC area. Remote and work-from-home options are not available for this position.
