Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative

The Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative role at Harvest Event supports nonprofit partners through in-person fundraising and promotional activities across Charlotte, NC. The position is designed for candidates who want hands-on experience speaking with the public, learning campaign fundamentals, and building skills through coaching and paid training.

Compensation

$500 weekly base pay plus performance-based commission.

• Commission is earned based on successful donor acquisitions.
• Commission typically ranges from $50–$150 per donation, depending on campaign and performance.
• This role is a W-2 employee position, not an independent contractor opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at in-person events and fundraising locations.
• Speak with members of the public about nonprofit campaigns and their impact.
• Help generate new donor support through face-to-face conversations.
• Assist with event setup, organization, and day-to-day operations.
• Work alongside a team to meet individual and campaign goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of nonprofit partners.
• Build communication, fundraising, sales, and leadership skills through ongoing coaching and practice.

Requirements
