This onsite role in Los Angeles, CA offers USD 88,920 - 209,380 per year and leads Spotlight's organic marketing and promotional product strategy for global entertainment partners on TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Drive Spotlight's organic marketing and promotional product strategy for film and TV partners worldwide, shaping global and local market approaches
- Lead IP or title marketing campaigns and creator activations, define success metrics, and manage campaigns from planning through execution
- Define product and data requirements for promotional features and shepherd them from development to launch
- Leverage data to analyze performance and continuously optimize campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with Partnerships to promote Spotlight adoption with entertainment partners
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Product, Partnerships, Data, and Legal to drive success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 5 years of experience at a major company in the entertainment industry, digital marketing, or internet content platform/technology
- Experience in film and TV marketing, especially social marketing, and with digital tech products
- Strong data analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities; capable of diagnosing complex situations, identifying core issues, and building cross-functional operational workstreams to achieve goals
- Excellent cross-cultural communication, coordination, and proactive initiative execution; results-oriented
- Demonstrated empathy for publishers, creators, and users
