Email Marketing Specialist - Corporate
Job Description
Caesars Entertainment is seeking an on-site Corporate Email Marketing Specialist to support its Las Vegas properties. The role centers on increasing online room revenue and boosting guest engagement through targeted email newsletters, push notifications, rich messages, trigger-driven communications, lifecycle marketing, and promotional campaigns. Based in Las Vegas, this position partners with property and corporate teams to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel programs that meet business objectives while upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver email and mobile communications across campaigns
- Coordinate design, content, and development teams to align on multiple interdependent deadlines
- Suggest improvements to your work and to the work of team members
- Develop and demonstrate subject matter expertise in email marketing
- Implement complex emails, mobile messages, and campaigns
- Establish relationships with key property contacts
- Build and rigorously test each email, verifying copy, layout, links, and dynamic content while addressing potential spam risks
- Perform thorough quality assurance to ensure flawless delivery
- Carry out additional related duties as assigned
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field
- Digital marketing experience with a solid grasp of email design, subject lines, copy, testing, and calls to action
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Experience with ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Airship, or other marketing execution software
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Dreamweaver
- Strong HTML experience for email; web design experience is a plus
- Updated knowledge of email best practices in design, subject lines, layout, copy, and CTAs
- Ability to maintain high integrity in regulated environments
- Ability to edit HTML and create emails without relying on a WYSIWYG editor within the ESP
- Proficiency in AMPscript or similar scripting to create variations within a single email
- Ability to write and understand SOQL queries or database querying concepts
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Demonstrated capacity to learn quickly and build on existing business foundations
- Strong time and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction while contributing as part of a team
- Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and adapt to changing priorities
- A passion for email marketing, result-driven mindset, and ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude
- Solid understanding of internet concepts and familiarity with content management tools, new media, and product development
- Proven ability to manage multiple streams of work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work in environments with dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds, and air quality
