Responsibilities
- Design and manage customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Journey Builder.
- Create and maintain Data Extensions and SQL‑based audience segments for precise targeting.
- Sync data flows between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to ensure consistency.
- Develop, test, proofread, and deploy email templates and campaigns.
- Set up automated customer journeys and email workflows.
- Monitor email KPIs (open rate, CTR, CTOR, conversions, deliverability) and share insights with stakeholders.
- Perform A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, content, segmentation, and send times to improve engagement.
- Troubleshoot ESP and send issues, identify root causes, and implement timely fixes.
- Follow up with interested leads and support lead engagement activities.
- Manage high‑volume bulk email accounts and maintain accurate lead records.
- Assist with CRM data organization, integrity, and contact management.
- Provide administrative support for marketing and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, shipments, and internal communications.
- Assist with project coordination and additional marketing support tasks as assigned.
- Maintain professional written and verbal communication in all interactions.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM related roles.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Problem solving, decisiveness, and resolution management.
- Strong follow‑up skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and growth mindset; ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail with a QA minded approach to proofreading and campaign accuracy.
- Salesforce experience is preferred (1 year).
