Job Description

Building Kidz Worldwide is seeking a seasoned Director of Marketing and Sales to drive enrollment growth across its national network of early childhood schools. This leadership role blends strategic marketing oversight with hands-on sales execution, supporting franchise partners and guiding a team to elevate brand awareness and student enrollment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee integrated marketing and sales programs spanning digital marketing, content creation, local outreach, and partner campaigns.
  • Develop strategies that drive lead generation, enrollment growth, and sales performance across multiple markets.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing and sales team while coordinating across cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support franchise partners with marketing and sales tools, campaigns, and best practices to improve enrollment.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns and sales processes to increase lead conversion and enrollment outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of marketing and sales leadership experience.
  • Experience directing teams and managing integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or Master's in Marketing.
