Job Description
Medpace, a full-service clinical contract research organization, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to focus on patient recruitment. This onsite, full-time role in Cincinnati combines strategy, execution, and content creation to expand patient engagement across study programs.

Responsibilities
- Develop meaningful content for creative materials targeting a global audience of patients, caregivers, research site staff, and physicians
- Manage media campaigns and build recruitment funnels using Google Ads, Meta, radio, programmatic, and other digital channels
- Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, approachable content
- Manage online community, influencer, and advocacy support opportunities
- Develop digital tools to boost patient engagement and study awareness
- Review and analyze patient recruitment advertisement campaigns and results
- Collaborate with video development vendors to produce site and patient training and educational videos
- Work with graphic designers to establish a cohesive study brand and materials
- May handle other projects and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Life Sciences
- 1 to 3 years of SEO experience
- Healthcare and/or clinical research exposure is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and MS Office
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and online advertising
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with ability to adapt to changing trends and industry best practices
- Excellent writing, editing, communication, organizational, presentation, and project management skills
- Attention to detail and strong oral and written communication
