Job Description

Medpace, a full-service clinical contract research organization, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to focus on patient recruitment. This onsite, full-time role in Cincinnati combines strategy, execution, and content creation to expand patient engagement across study programs.

Responsibilities

Develop meaningful content for creative materials targeting a global audience of patients, caregivers, research site staff, and physicians
Manage media campaigns and build recruitment funnels using Google Ads, Meta, radio, programmatic, and other digital channels
Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, approachable content
Manage online community, influencer, and advocacy support opportunities
Develop digital tools to boost patient engagement and study awareness
Review and analyze patient recruitment advertisement campaigns and results
Collaborate with video development vendors to produce site and patient training and educational videos
Work with graphic designers to establish a cohesive study brand and materials
May handle other projects and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Life Sciences
1 to 3 years of SEO experience
Healthcare and/or clinical research exposure is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and MS Office
Familiarity with Google Analytics and online advertising
Strong strategic and analytical thinking with ability to adapt to changing trends and industry best practices
Excellent writing, editing, communication, organizational, presentation, and project management skills
Attention to detail and strong oral and written communication
