Job Description

Americover is hiring an onsite Digital Marketing & Product Content Specialist in Escondido, CA to keep product data accurate across customer-facing channels and manage day-to-day marketing content.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate product information (specs, ratings, classifications) across the website, sales materials, and CRM
  • Own day-to-day social media workflows: planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing
  • Publish across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Business
  • Build and deploy targeted email campaigns using Zoho Campaigns
  • Write and refresh blog content and other customer-facing materials
  • Act as marketing point of contact when the Marketing Director is out

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or product marketing
  • Accuracy discipline across multiple systems for customer-facing content
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading accuracy as a primary deliverable
  • Ability to read technical documents and translate them into clear, accurate customer-facing copy
  • Demonstrated ownership of customer-facing content (social, email, blog, or web) aligned to brand/style guides
  • Experience updating website content (WordPress or other CMS)
  • Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Photoshop/Illustrator required at hire (not trained on the job)
  • Basic SEO knowledge and ability to interpret Google Analytics (GA4) required at hire (not trained on the job)
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects independently with reliable follow-through
  • Good judgment when working with AI tools such as Claude or Copilot, or clear aptitude and enthusiasm to develop this skill

  • Construction, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution background

Compensation and Location

  • Pay: USD 31–41 per hour
