Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator
Job Description
The Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator role at The Verdes Cannabis is an onsite position in Albuquerque, NM focused on day-to-day execution for ecommerce product information and recurring digital promotions. The work centers on keeping online menus and listings accurate across six dispensary locations, preparing digital assets, scheduling approved social content, and maintaining consistent reporting.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain product listings in Dutchie, including descriptions, images, pricing, promotions, and banners across six dispensary locations
- Review online menus regularly and correct inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent information
- Upload, resize, and organize digital assets using Canva
- Schedule approved content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business
- Monitor scheduled posts and troubleshoot publishing issues
- Compile weekly reports using social media and ecommerce performance data
- Coordinate assets, timelines, and platform updates for product launches and promotional campaigns
- Communicate with retail and marketing teams to ensure promotions and product information remain accurate
- Deliver marketing materials to dispensary locations as needed
Required Experience
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, website management, or social media coordination
- Experience updating online product listings, website content, pricing, or promotions
- Experience using Canva or similar software to resize and prepare digital assets
- Experience scheduling content through Meta Business Suite or another social media management platform
- Ability to review basic performance data and prepare clear, accurate reports
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors prior to publication
- Demonstrated ability to manage recurring tasks, deadlines, and multiple locations or accounts independently
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Strong written communication and follow-through
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional local deliveries
Preferred Skills and Background
- Dutchie or another cannabis ecommerce platform
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or another ecommerce or content management system
- Background in cannabis, retail, or consumer packaged goods
- Experience with Google Business Profile
- Multi-location retail marketing experience
- Experience with product catalog or inventory management
