Job Description

The Digital Marketing Director will steer Gravitational Marketing's digital marketing strategy and lead the team to generate client leads, boost conversions, and grow revenue across Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, and SEO. The role is largely remote with a monthly in-person office requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and mentor the digital marketing team, delivering guidance, support, and strategic direction to ensure campaign success.
  • Hold regular development sessions with team members to support growth, align objectives, and improve overall performance.
  • Design and implement integrated strategies across digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, and SEO to increase client leads and revenue.
  • Oversee daily budgets for SEM/PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google and Facebook, optimizing ROI through bid tuning, ad copy testing, and strategic refinements.
  • Provide data-driven assessments using analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on landing page design and optimization to enhance user experience and conversions.
  • Lead client calls, delivering actionable insights and real-time analysis.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by adopting and testing the latest digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Drive development, testing, and implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies, tools, and campaigns to improve performance and keep clients ahead of trends.
  • This role is primarily remote, with a monthly in-person company-wide meeting required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with automotive sector experience considered a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and analytics.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Proficiency in AdWords Editor, Facebook Ad Center, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Robust analytical skills to translate insights into measurable results.
  • Creative thinking and a demonstrated capacity for innovation in digital marketing offerings.
