Digital Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Kolter Homes is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to steward the lifecycle of residential community listings across the company’s site and major real estate portals. The role centers on accuracy, consistency, and data-driven optimization to boost organic visibility and paid performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on listing execution and campaign refinement. This position sits on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and focuses on delivering a cohesive, high-quality listing experience across digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution and ongoing upkeep of community listings on the corporate website and external platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, NewHomeSource.com, and others
- Ensure inventory details, floorplans, pricing, imagery, and overall community positioning are accurate and consistent across all listing environments
- Coordinate updates across internal systems, the website CMS, and external data feeds to maintain alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely updates for inventory releases, open houses, promotions, and community changes
- Own and maintain the Realtor Portal experience, including content updates, testing, and opportunities to enhance usability, engagement, and effectiveness
- Support initiatives that increase realtor engagement and visibility of community offerings
- Help define and track listing KPIs, using performance insights to inform strategies that drive engagement and faster inventory conversion
- Assist in optimizing listings across organic placements and paid programs (Boost, featured listings, photo carousels, etc.)
- Monitor performance trends in visibility, engagement, and lead flow across platforms and provide a monthly executive summary
- Identify opportunities to improve listing effectiveness through content updates, positioning, and enhancements
- Recommend adjustments to campaigns and propose new opportunities aligned with marketing strategy and community priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis across listing platforms to inform positioning and differentiation
- Stay informed on trends, new media types, beta tests, and pilots
- Coordinate photography and visual asset creation for listings, including scheduling shoots, managing vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality images
- Nurture partnerships and maintain alignment between website content, third-party listings, and the Realtor Portal for a consistent user experience
- Support website updates related to listings, including promotions, pricing, and inventory positioning
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to align messaging, visuals, and calls to action across platforms
- Track and report listing performance across website, third-party platforms, and the Realtor Portal
- Analyze trends and provide insights to support optimization and decision-making
- Link listing performance to downstream actions such as website engagement, registrations, and first visits
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to support listing-related initiatives and campaign execution
- Coordinate timelines, updates, and deliverables to ensure consistency across platforms
- Support special projects and broader marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, real estate marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with third-party listing platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and Homes.com is preferred
- Experience working with website CMS platforms and managing digital content
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
