Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist

Gallagher is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to help shape and execute client-focused marketing plans from our San Diego, CA office. This onsite role blends developing marketing initiatives and collateral with sales-support activities and the rollout of account-specific programs, all within Gallagher's client-centric ecosystem that emphasizes data-driven insights and trusted communications. A Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience are required.

Location: San Diego, CA (onsite). Salary: USD 52,500 - 102,500 per year. Experience: 3 years. Education: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development of marketing plans, initiatives, and related communications on client's behalf.
• Creates collateral to aid clients in plan education efforts.
• Responsible for sales support activities such as account analyses, research, and sales promotion.
• Assists in the implementation of account specific marketing plans.
• Maintains and manages timelines so that marketing milestones are met.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
• May assist in orienting and training lower level employees.
