Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator (WordPress/Elementor Expert + Graphic Design Focus)
Job Description
This hands-on Digital Marketing and Brand Coordinator role oversees WordPress/Elementor websites, graphic design, content creation, and social media campaigns to grow membership, events, and brand visibility in the motorsports community for Circuit Florida.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain WordPress sites built with Elementor, including customizations, page builds, updates, and on-demand changes.
- Manage the backend to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, handle plugins, security, and basic SEO, ensuring fast, visually appealing, conversion-focused sites.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney to accelerate content creation, copywriting, and design iterations.
- Create high-quality visuals for the website, marketing collateral, print materials, merch, signage, social graphics, and event materials.
- Elevate the brand aesthetic across digital and physical touchpoints using design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma or similar) with a portfolio required.
- Develop engaging organic content (photos, videos, Reels, stories) that capture the track atmosphere and club lifestyle.
- Manage all social channels via Hootsuite: schedule posts, engage with the community, respond to messages/DMs, monitor reviews, and protect brand health.
- Build and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms as appropriate.
- Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to boost Circuit Florida membership sales and driving experiences for SuperSpeed.
- Support email/CRM efforts, event promotion, and partnerships.
- Track performance and propose data-driven improvements.
- Assist in bringing campaigns and member events to life on-site.
Requirements
- Advanced WordPress and Elementor expertise with strong backend knowledge, troubleshooting, customizations, and rapid implementation.
- Professional-level graphic design skills with a portfolio showing clean, modern, high-impact work for web and print.
- Experience managing social media with tools like Hootsuite.
- Strong writing and content creation abilities.
- Tech-savvy with comfort using AI tools to boost productivity.
- Local to Central Florida or willing to work fully on-site in Auburndale, with reliable transportation.
- Self-starter who takes ownership, works quickly, and maintains high standards without heavy supervision.
