Job Description

Onsite in Salem, NH, the Digital Marketing B2B & Content Specialist role focuses on content creation, campaign management, and performance optimization to drive brand awareness and high-quality leads, with a salary of USD 90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through digital marketing, content optimization, and sales enablement support.
  • Develop and manage polished presentations to support pipeline growth and organizational initiatives.
  • Design and implement SEO and AEO strategies to boost pipeline growth and organizational initiatives.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows to support pipeline growth and organizational initiatives.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns to support pipeline growth and organizational initiatives.
  • Oversee social media activities to drive pipeline growth and engagement.
  • Produce and optimize video content to support pipeline growth and organizational initiatives.
  • Core focus is to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage customers through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Craft professional PowerPoint decks for sales enablement, executive presentations, and customer meetings.
  • Oversee content optimization, including SEO/AEO, blog and landing page improvements, and performance tracking with analytics tools.
  • Build HubSpot automation, including workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and maintain CRM data accuracy.
  • Support LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, monitor metrics, and recommend optimizations.
  • Manage LinkedIn content calendar, create engaging posts, and track engagement trends.
  • Update HubSpot and WordPress content to improve user experience and optimize video content for YouTube and other platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial or technical product marketing.
  • Portfolio of work must be provided for review.
  • PowerPoint expert level with advanced proficiency; able to create high-impact, professional presentations independently.
  • Graphic design expert level with strong design skills and a proven track record of compelling visuals.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and MS Office.
  • Hands-on creator who builds from scratch and executes concepts directly, with limited reliance on AI generation tools.
  • Proven background in broad digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience executing website maintenance, email campaigns, online advertising, and social media management.
