Responsibilities
- Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through digital marketing, content optimization, and sales enablement support.
- Develop and manage polished presentations to support pipeline growth and organizational initiatives.
- Design and implement SEO and AEO strategies to boost pipeline growth and organizational initiatives.
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows to support pipeline growth and organizational initiatives.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns to support pipeline growth and organizational initiatives.
- Oversee social media activities to drive pipeline growth and engagement.
- Produce and optimize video content to support pipeline growth and organizational initiatives.
- Core focus is to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage customers through digital marketing initiatives.
- Craft professional PowerPoint decks for sales enablement, executive presentations, and customer meetings.
- Oversee content optimization, including SEO/AEO, blog and landing page improvements, and performance tracking with analytics tools.
- Build HubSpot automation, including workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and maintain CRM data accuracy.
- Support LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, monitor metrics, and recommend optimizations.
- Manage LinkedIn content calendar, create engaging posts, and track engagement trends.
- Update HubSpot and WordPress content to improve user experience and optimize video content for YouTube and other platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial or technical product marketing.
- Portfolio of work must be provided for review.
- PowerPoint expert level with advanced proficiency; able to create high-impact, professional presentations independently.
- Graphic design expert level with strong design skills and a proven track record of compelling visuals.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and MS Office.
- Hands-on creator who builds from scratch and executes concepts directly, with limited reliance on AI generation tools.
- Proven background in broad digital marketing strategies.
- Experience executing website maintenance, email campaigns, online advertising, and social media management.
