Digital Marketing Associate

The Digital Marketing Associate position at Flair Communication is a full-time, in-office role in Fredericksburg, VA. The role supports planning, coordination, and delivery of client digital marketing services across multiple channels, including social media, Google Ads, email, campaigns, and website support.

Role Overview

You will assist with digital marketing work for clients, helping manage day-to-day activities and contributing to integrated efforts across several online channels. Responsibilities cover content coordination, campaign support, performance reporting, and collaboration with internal and remote team members to maintain quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media content, scheduling, engagement activities, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing support team to monitor Google Ads campaigns, review results, and help identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute client email marketing campaigns.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Assist with website content, landing pages, and quality control.
• Communicate with clients and support new business opportunities as part of client relations and business development.
• Collaborate with the in-house team and remote marketing coordinators to keep projects on track and support quality work for clients.
• Help plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing services for clients across the areas listed above.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Required).
• Experience: 1+ year of practical experience is preferred.
• Education, training, or practical experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort using technology and learning new software platforms.
• Experience with social media management, Google Ads, email marketing, or website platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Enjoyment in working on varied projects and learning new skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and coworkers.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team setting.
• Resourceful, solutions-oriented approach with willingness to take initiative.

Location and Schedule

Location: Fredericksburg, VA (Onsite).

USD 21 per hour.
