Job Description
The organization seeks a Digital Marketing Assistant to support planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, vendors, other departments, and members.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media scheduling, email marketing, and events.
- Support the creation of visual and written content as directed.
- Design and produce promotional materials for event marketing, social media graphics, and other branded assets.
- Maintain, update, and create content for all websites within the Masonic Home of Missouri domain, ensuring accuracy, usability, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional items.
- Perform administrative tasks for the marketing department, including budget tracking and vendor management.
- Update data as directed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships may be considered).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software (Constant Contact), project management software (Asana), and design tools (Canva).
- Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor is a plus) and knowledge of CSS and other basic web development skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word with mail merge, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Other duties as assigned.
