Job Description

Wilson Wealth Advisors seeks a Digital Marketing and Social Media specialist to grow the brand’s online presence across digital and social channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and refine cross channel campaigns across social, search, email, and display media.
  • Create and manage engaging social content and campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Oversee daily social media activities, including content calendars, posting cadence, community interaction, and maintaining brand voice.
  • Apply SEO tools and keyword research to lift organic rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Coordinate content creation for social posts, email newsletters, and landing pages to support marketing goals and audience engagement.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and report insights to optimize engagement and return on investment.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEM, and Google AdWords.
  • Develop digital assets using Canva for various campaigns.
  • Implement conversion optimization on CMS based websites to boost lead generation.
  • Utilize marketing automation for lead nurturing through personalized emails and social remarketing.
  • Analyze performance data using analytics tools and SQL to identify trends and inform future initiatives.
  • Support ecommerce and brand growth by integrating performance marketing and social commerce strategies.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, including hands on work with brand accounts and paid social campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for site optimization.
  • Ability to create content, write copy, and design graphics using Canva and similar tools.
  • Experience managing social media ads via platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and using scheduling/management tools.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization and audience targeting to improve campaign results.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret digital and social performance data and guide decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a creative, trend aware mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
