Job Description

Commercially driven marketing leader responsible for data backed campaigns across digital and traditional channels, based in Winter Haven, FL with a hybrid schedule on-site at LEGOLAND Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to designing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with annual plans.
  • Create experiences that engage target audiences while achieving brand and commercial goals.
  • Drive campaign execution across digital, social, traditional media, and experiential channels.
  • Manage asset creation and coordinate with internal teams to meet timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cluster peers to support the Senior Marketing Manager and operational leads.
  • Localize global initiatives to ensure relevance and apply regional best practices.
  • Coordinate with the Global Brand team to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across touchpoints.
  • Operate in a matrix structure by building strong partnerships within Merlin and with external agencies to deliver cohesive experiences.
  • Center plans on the target customer by leveraging insights on behavior, market trends, and competition.
  • Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and provide data driven reports and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing roles, preferably within entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or retail sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration across teams and ability to balance priorities.
  • Solid analytical abilities, using data driven insights to shape strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience supporting marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI; understands marketing's role in business performance.
  • Passion for entertainment and tourism with a customer first marketing approach.

Location and Compensation

  • Location: Winter Haven, FL (hybrid); on-site 3 days per week at LEGOLAND Florida.
  • Salary: USD 63,267 per year.
