Coordinator, Arena Marketing

Support multi-channel marketing for Mortgage Matchup Center concerts and events in an onsite Phoenix role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative traffic for digital signage rotations on event days, including marquee, LED ribbon boards, digital concourse display, pavilion, and other displays as needed
• Manage promotion of concerts and events across multiple platforms (including Suns & Mercury games, flyer distribution, special features, and additional channels)
• Partner with the arena marketing team to help develop grassroots initiatives for select concerts and events
• Support event day and night operations as needed, including auditing promotional graphics and signage, managing on-site promotions, and coordinating with third-party vendors
• Create post-event and added-value recaps for each event
• Assist the team with Monday.com requests to help drive campaign fulfillment
• Support arena marketing updates to the venue website using the content management system
• Help identify creative ways to engage fans, artists, and promoters
• Perform other duties assigned by the arena marketing team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) required
• 1-2 years of marketing experience minimum; live entertainment experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong organization skills with self-motivation and creativity
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
• Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
• Monday.com experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed
