Job Description

Based onsite in American Fork, Utah, Thermoworks seeks a Marketing Manager for Consumer Segments to shape consumer marketing strategy, lead major campaigns and product launches, and collaborate across functions to drive growth and revenue across consumer channels.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop consumer marketing strategies that drive growth and maximize revenue across key customer segments.
  • Build a strong understanding of Thermoworks products, customer segments, competitive positioning, and market opportunities.
  • Contribute to defining major consumer campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Director of eCommerce Revenue to execute campaigns and launches across digital channels.
  • Offer strategic guidance across channels such as Email and SMS, Website, Paid Advertising, Affiliate marketing, Social media, and messaging and product positioning.
  • Contribute to defining product definitions and positioning for consumer segments.
  • Ensure campaigns clearly convey Thermoworks's competitive advantages and product value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with broader business and revenue objectives.
  • Track campaign and product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Leverage customer insights, data, and market understanding to boost marketing effectiveness and decision-making.
  • Support new product launches and drive adoption in key consumer segments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, product marketing, brand strategy, or related roles.
  • Solid knowledge of consumer marketing strategy in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze customer segments and craft effective go-to-market plans.
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Deep understanding of product positioning, messaging, and customer communications.
  • Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically while contributing to execution and creative direction.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
