Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Build audience segments, email workflows and automated communication journeys.
- Collaborate with recruitment staff to improve lead conversion and enrollment outcomes, assisting with recruitment efforts if/when needed.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across digital channels, including website traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversions and enrollment-focused metrics using Google Analytics 4, HubSpot and other reporting platforms.
- Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through audience segmentation, messaging refinement, channel optimization and conversion-focused strategies.
- Develop and maintain annual and monthly content calendars aligned with enrollment and engagement goals.
- Manage day-to-day execution of social media, including content scheduling, posting and campaign support.
- Assist with the creation and adaptation of digital content using Canva and other approved design platforms, ensuring alignment with university and college brand standards.
- Collaborate with communications, recruitment and web teams to coordinate content priorities and campaign messaging.
- Analyze social media performance and recommend content strategies that increase engagement and audience growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations, technical writing, digital media, or related field, with two years of related experience; or a Master’s degree in the listed fields.
- Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
- Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree.
- Senate Bill 1310 - The Florida Senate is conditional upon meeting all employment eligibility requirements in the United States.
- SB 1310: Substitution of Work Experience for Postsecondary Education Requirements.
- A public employer may include a postsecondary degree as a baseline requirement only as an alternative to the number of years of direct experience required, not to exceed:
- (a) Two years for an associate degree;
- (b) Four years for a bachelor’s degree;
- (c) Six years for a master’s degree;
- (d) Seven years for a professional degree;
- (e) Nine years for a doctoral degree.
- Related work experience may not substitute for any required licensure, certification, or registration.
- Minimum qualifications that require a high school diploma are exempt from SB 1310.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in related positions
- Experience in higher education marketing, enrollment marketing or academic communications
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar platforms
- Experience using HubSpot, Slate, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and digital marketing reporting tools
- Knowledge of lead generation, lead nurturing and conversion optimization strategies
- Experience developing marketing dashboards and communicating campaign performance to stakeholders
- Familiarity with SEO, AEO, landing page optimization and website analytics
- Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating advertising performance
- Strong understanding of prospective student recruitment marketing and enrollment funnels
