Job Description

Assistant Marketing Manager at Lumberjack Harley-Davidson in Lufkin, TX (onsite), supporting events, social media content, community partnerships and brand presence under the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of dealership events, on-site activations and local sponsorships.
Develop and schedule platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok that aligns with the brand voice and drives engagement.
Coordinate artwork requests and assets with the design team, keeping organized tracking and clear communication.
Assist email marketing campaigns via our partner, including content preparation and list coordination.
Develop proposals for advertising opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to maximize advertising revenue.
Track social media performance, door traffic data and campaign ROI.
Support documentation and tracking for the Marketing Development Fund.
Handle day-to-day community engagement across platforms in the dealership voice.
Assist product management through market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
Assist budgeting for marketing projects to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital or content marketing with solid multichannel strategy knowledge.
Strong proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent written communication with the ability to craft engaging captions and effective emails.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, community-facing environment.
Solid research and analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Photography and basic video editing skills are a plus.
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite and email marketing platforms is preferred.
Genuine passion for community, events and storytelling.
Interest in the Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle is a plus, but not required; a people-oriented mindset is valued.
