Job Description

This onsite Channel Marketing Specialist role lets you empower partner networks, drive multi‑channel campaigns, and measure impact across the funnel. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen to translate insight into action, while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and clear opportunities for career development.
Responsibilities
- Channel Campaign Execution: Lead multi‑channel programs with channel partners such as resellers, distributors, and affiliates; help develop and roll out co‑marketing campaigns, promotions, and partner activations; manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams and partners.
- Partner Enablement & Support: Build and maintain partner marketing toolkits, assets, and communications; serve as the day‑to‑day contact for partner requests; ensure partners have resources to promote products and services effectively.
- Event & Program Support: Assist with planning and execution of partner events, webinars, and trade shows; coordinate logistics, promotions, and post‑event follow‑ups; collaborate with internal events and field marketing teams as needed.
- Content & Asset Management: Partner with design and content teams to produce partner‑facing materials (emails, landing pages, social posts, collateral); organize channel assets repositories; maintain brand consistency across partner communications.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and partner engagement; assist in building reports on channel effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI; identify trends and suggest optimizations for future programs.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen to align messaging with broader GTM initiatives and ensure smooth execution across go‑to‑market efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Marketing or an equivalent qualification
- 2 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in channel, partner, or B2B marketing
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Experience supporting campaigns across multiple channels (email, digital, events, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

In‑Office Expectation
This role is expected to be onsite four days per week at our Scottsdale location. Scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support team collaboration and individual productivity.
