Brand & Marketing Lead (Execution, CRM & Partnerships)
Job Description
Based in Water Mill, Civetta Hospitality guides Calissa and Charlie Fox, blending hospitality with retail experiences. The Brand & Marketing Lead is an on-site, execution-focused role dedicated to growing our customer base, boosting retention, and increasing revenue across the brands by turning brand direction into practical CRM programs, campaigns, and partnerships. This position offers a compensation range of $40-$60 per hour and requires at least five years of hands-on marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- Translate brand direction into fully realized marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Own end-to-end execution of email, SMS, and CRM initiatives.
- Build and manage segmentation, campaign calendars, and deployment schedules.
- Ensure consistent, detail-driven execution across all marketing touchpoints.
- Leverage existing customer relationships across the brands.
- Recognize seasonal demands, with focus on 1-2 operations at any given time.
- Execute campaigns that drive reservations for Calissa and Amali and increase in-store traffic and product sales for Charlie Fox.
- Manage customer lifecycle marketing across acquisition, retention, and repeat visitation/purchase.
- Track and report on performance metrics such as revenue, covers, conversion, and repeat rate.
- Support product launches, menu changes, and seasonal initiatives with coordinated campaigns.
- Align marketing efforts across restaurant and retail environments.
- Ensure all initiatives are linked to clear business outcomes.
- Execute existing partnerships and events that drive measurable traffic and customer acquisition.
- Originate new brand partnerships beyond current relationships.
- Manage logistics, coordination, and follow-through.
- Integrate all activations into CRM capture and post-event marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing execution experience in hospitality, retail, or CPG.
- Proven ability to execute campaigns directly, not solely manage strategies or agencies.
- Experience with Email + SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, Alpine IQ, etc.).
- Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable).
- Experience with Retail/POS tools (Toast, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines with consistency.
- High level of taste and ability to execute within an established brand vision.
