Job Description
This onsite role based in Redwood City, CA offers the chance to shape global employer branding and candidate engagement programs, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and the broader People team to deliver content and nurture campaigns that drive measurable recruiting outcomes. The salary range is USD 109,500 to 120,000 per year.
What you will do
- Help shape the worldwide employer brand story, maintain the content calendar and asset library, and contribute to candidate-facing materials that authentically reflect our culture as programs scale across teams and regions.
- Enhance recruiting marketing assets and campaigns across the careers site, LinkedIn, and partner job boards to ensure a consistent candidate journey.
- Create and automate targeted nurture programs for warm talent pools such as silver medalists, referrals, and event attendees, tailoring by candidate persona and market priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance using metrics like application rate, click to apply, career site traffic, offer acceptance, and social engagement, and iterate based on data.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to support priority roles through focused campaigns, compelling content, and candidate engagement programs.
- Work with Marketing and Communications to reuse brand assets, channels, and storytelling approaches so recruitment marketing aligns with the overall brand and is amplified.
- Oversee relationships with job boards and event partners to build talent communities for high priority or hard to fill roles.
- Provide quarterly program reviews with performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent programs, or a related marketing discipline
- Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns, managing content calendars, or producing candidate-facing content
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools and an interest in segmentation, nurture campaigns, and campaign reporting
- Comfort using performance data to evaluate results and identify opportunities to improve
- Strong project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Indeed, and programmatic advertising
