Box is seeking a Talent Branding & Marketing Specialist to strengthen its global employer brand and elevate candidate engagement through data-driven, marketing-led initiatives powered by AI insights. This onsite role in Redwood City collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and the broader People team to attract top talent and scale programs across regions.

Responsibilities
- Help shape Box's global employer brand narrative, maintain a content calendar and asset library, and create candidate-facing materials that authentically reflect Box culture for scalable use across teams and regions
- Optimize recruiting marketing content and campaigns across the careers site, LinkedIn, and job board partners to deliver a consistent candidate experience
- Design and automate segmented nurture campaigns for warm talent pools such as silver medalists, referrals, and event attendees, tailored to candidate persona and market priorities
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (application rate, click-to-apply, career site traffic, offer acceptance, social engagement) and continuously optimize based on data
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to support priority hiring needs through targeted campaigns, content, and candidate engagement programs
- Partner with Marketing and Communications to leverage corporate brand assets, channels, and storytelling frameworks ensuring recruitment marketing aligns with the broader brand
- Manage job board relationships and event partnerships to build talent communities for high-priority or hard-to-fill roles
- Contribute to quarterly program reviews by sharing performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for future optimization
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent programs or a related marketing discipline
- Experience supporting or managing multi-channel campaigns, content calendars, or candidate-facing content
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools and interest in segmentation, nurture campaigns, and campaign reporting
- Comfort using performance data to evaluate results and identify opportunities to improve
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
