Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the AI-enabled executive content strategy for AWS Executive Briefing Centers worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and marketing, translating technical capabilities into clear, business-focused narratives that educate and engage C-level executives. Based onsite in Seattle, you will define and operationalize content that aligns with customer objectives and AWS priorities, driving a cohesive experience across the AWS executive marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Define the executive content vision for EBCs with emphasis on AI transformation, cloud strategy, and emerging tech trends grounded in practical business applications, aligned to customer objectives and AWS priorities.
- Lead the operational transformation of EBC content creation, curation, speakers, and personalization at scale; collaborate with technology teams to build AI tools that streamline agenda building, speaker matching, and content recommendations based on account needs, industry, and business priorities.
- Foster deep partnerships with field teams, sales, industry stakeholders, Solutions Architects, and ABM to ensure content lands with customers and addresses real objectives.
- Collaborate with product marketing to solicit product roadmaps, customer success patterns, and positioning for AWS solutions; ensure briefings reflect current strategy, offerings, and customer value narratives.
- Drive feedback loops to gather insights from EBC briefings and feed them back to product, sales, and marketing; capture what resonates, questions that arise, and any messaging gaps.
- Integrate content into the executive marketing ecosystem to connect EBC content with programs such as the Executive Summit at re:Invent and other persona-driven initiatives for a unified customer experience.
- Establish metrics and analytics to create feedback loops and analytics frameworks that continually improve content effectiveness based on briefing outcomes, customer insights, and business impact.
- Enable speakers and field teams by producing playbooks, presenter guidance, and enablement materials; attend briefings to observe resonance and iterate content quickly.
- Refine narratives to connect AWS capabilities with specific customer business challenges.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical announcements into executive-ready stories that illustrate customer value.
- Attend executive briefings to observe impact and gather real-time insights for iteration.
- Partner across functions to align content strategy with broader business goals.
- Analyze briefing feedback and insights to optimize the modular content library, update playbooks, and enhance AI tools powering speaker matching and agenda building.
- Coordinate with regional EBC teams across locations to share best practices, maintain consistency, and move concepts to delivery quickly.
- Evaluate content workflows and propose new approaches, including piloting AI tools for agenda personalization or reimagining briefing preparation for specific industry verticals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 8+ years in executive communications, product marketing, sales enablement, or strategic consulting creating C-level content
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business narratives
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
- Track record of delivering results through others, building content through internal teams, agencies, or partnerships
